    Southwest Lake Michigan Salmon Series

In 2011, several clubs on the western shores of Lake Michigan joined together and organized a joint Tournament series, using existing Tournaments in several ports. They ranged from Northpint, Illinois to Port Washington, WI and ran from June through August. This effort was called the 336 Challenge Series.

The Southwest Lake Michigan Salmon Series

The Series and all of the 2014 Tournaments are all recorded into the history books. Congratulations to all of the winners and THANK YOU to all of the participants, and especially our sponsors. We hope to see everyone back again next year.

The Tournaments, ports and dates for the remaining events in 2014 are:

    Results - August 2, 2014 – Brew City Tournament – Milwaukee, WI
Results - August 16, 2014 – Salmon Unlimited Illinois Open – Northpoint, IL

The Individual 2014 Salmon Series Results for each Tournament are as follows:

    Kenosha’s Coho Classic
    Geoffrey Morris Open Tournament
    Racine’s Salmon Unlimited Supersweeps
    Port Washington’s Salmon Shoot Out
    Waukegan’s SU Open

The Series cost an additional $50 per boat per tournament, with 70% paid out at that tournament and 30% going to the year end award. You weigh-in your 3 heaviest fish for each Series you enter, at the same time as the Tournament weigh-in. The Series standings are based on your best 3 scores and you have 7 opportunities to register three heavy scores.

Entry Forms and complete rules will be available a little later in the year at this site, as well as the registration table for each tournament at the associated Captain’s Meeting.

This will be the web page for the Series with links to the winning tallies for all fish weighed-in for each tournament. The data for each tournament will be updated as quickly as possible.
